2. Services Offered
We specialize in interior solutions, including modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, UV marble sheets, false ceilings, PVC & soffit ceilings, window blinds, paints, wallpapers, customized wallpapers, artificial grass, vertical gardens, and exterior ACP & HPL sheet work.
3. Quotation & Pricing
- All quotations provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.
- Prices may be subject to change due to fluctuations in material costs.
- Additional charges may apply for design modifications after confirmation.
4. Payments & Billing
- A 50% advance payment is required before initiating the work.
- The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion.
- Payments must be made via cash, bank transfer, or any other approved method.
5. Project Timelines
- Estimated project completion timelines will be provided at the time of agreement.
- Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material shortages, weather conditions, or client changes) will be communicated accordingly.
6. Warranty & Liability
- We provide a standard warranty for manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, external factors, or normal wear and tear.
- Customers are responsible for proper maintenance of installed products.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders canceled within 48 hours of confirmation may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Once work has started, cancellation charges will apply based on the project stage.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after approval.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- The client must provide accurate information and measurements for custom work.
- Any structural modifications required for installations must be handled by the client.
- Site readiness is the client’s responsibility before project commencement.
